Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

10-20-4    Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. **Repeat Violation**
51-13-4    Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Provided to operator via email.
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed at HWS at dishwasher area.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets soiled inside reach in cooler at cook line.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
08A-20-5    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw beef stored above shrimp inside walk in cooler.
11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Provided to operator via email.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed soda nozzle soiled at bar area.
02C-02-5    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed white rice, cooked chicken inside walk in cooler no properly label with the date made. **Repeat Violation**
