A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas.
Acoustic tiles above cook line and prep area - not smooth for easy cleaning. **Repeat Violation**
Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair.
1) Visible water damage to multiple ceiling tiles in kitchen.
2) Damaged tiles in small dry store room by office.
Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance.
Mold like buildup on tile around AC vent in dry store room by office. **Repeat Violation**
Basic - Food stored under dripping water line.
Pan of house portioned milk beverages in walk-in cooler directly under dripping water from cooling unit. Beverage lids and pan holding water. See stop sale.
Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit.
In front counter slide top beverage cooler containing milk and whipped butter. Manager added ambient thermometer. **Corrected On-Site**
Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers.
In Sub Zero reach in cooler by door, employee unopened beverage bottles.
High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition.
Food stored under dripping water line.

Intermediate - Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap.
Soap dispenser at front counter batteries dying - barely dispensing soap.
