Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-34-5    Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed ceiling tiles next to ceiling vents in lobby area soiled.
14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable in kitchen area.
14-71-4    Basic - Duct tape used to repair nonfood-contact surface. Observed handwashing sink sign hold with a duck tape next to mop sink.
35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed a gap at exit kitchen door.
36-11-4    Basic - Floors not maintained smooth and durable. Observed floor tiles in disrepair inside kitchen area.
12B-13-4    Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed employee beverage bottle inside reach in cooler. Operator removed. **Corrected On-Site**
29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed standing water in reach in cooler across cook line.
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed breaded raw chicken stored over fresh cheese. Operator corrected the storage order. **Corrected On-Site**
