Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35A-02-7    High Priority - Live, small flying insects found 10 live flies on soda bib cases. 23 live flies above three comp sink and dry warewashing storage. **Warning**
35A-09-4    High Priority - Presence of insects, rodents, or other pests. 5 live ants on expo shelf by microwave. 7 live spiders on ceiling/ wall above back door. **Warning**
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 2 live roaches by steam well next to rice cooker killed and sanitized area. 3 live roaches in condenser in flip top unit by upright oven. 4 live roaches and 1 egg casing on center prep table by 3 comp sink. 3 live roaches on grill nob next to stand up oven 15 live roaches under equipment on wok station 20 live on leg of rear of steam table with soups. **Warning**
