Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

13-07-4    Basic - At least two employees wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food.
14-01-5    Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Metals scoops with no handle are being used to scoop ingredients onto pizza at the reach in cooler where pizza is prepped.
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. A total of four bags of flour were stored on the floor at time of inspection. Operator removed bags of flour off the floor. **Corrected On-Site**
51-13-4    Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Provided operator with choking poster.
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. The handwashing sink across from the drive through window did not have a handwash sign.
11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Provided operator with copy of vomit/diarrhea poster.
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing in the dough prepping area. A pitcher of water was placed inside the handwashing sink. Operator removed pitcher of water out of the handwashing sink. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
53A-01-7    Intermediate - Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. When person in charge arrived they were unable to prove certification of Food Manager. operator states it has expired in January 2025.
53A-05-6    Intermediate - No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. 53B-02-5    Intermediate - No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Dailin, has been hired for more than 60 days with no proof of food handler training.
31B-03-4    Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink in the dough prepping area.
