Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Equipment in poor repair.
Observed : a flip top reach-in cooler on the front waist station line, is warm to the touch inside. This unit is scheduled for removal, per the manager on duty. **Corrective Action Taken**
Basic - Establishment's approved variance requires that the shared mop sink be maintained. The shared mop sink was not maintained.
Observed : lack of back flow devices at the mop sink, 1) wall faucet 2) to replace the main faucet(hub missing) 3) on the non chemical side of the splitter.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust.
Observed : the socket for the juice nozzle has an accumulation of dried juice.
Flammables stored/debris present in meter room. For reporting purposes only.
Observed : in the circuit breaker/fuse room, bags of linen stored against the circuit breaker panels.
Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime.
Observed : the reach-in freezer / reach-in cooler combo on the far end of the cook line has debris in the to0 and bottom.

Observed : 1 expire$ certificate.
