Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

24-08-4    Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed water stocked between plastic containers on shelf over three compartment sink. **Repeat Violation**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed pickles plastic container stored on Walk in cooler floor.
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed inside Walk in cooler. **Repeat Violation**
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled Walk in cooler gaskets. **Repeat Violation**
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed soiled reach in freezer interior used to keep Ice Creams. Also, observed soiled reach in freezer interior in front of deep fryers.
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed AC vent leaking water inside Women's restroom.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed soiled can opener blade. Also, observed soiled soda nozzles at front counter soda machine. **Repeat Violation**
53A-05-6    Intermediate - No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling.
