Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-32-5    Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed back area ceiling tiles damage. **Repeat Violation**
36-34-5    Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed ceiling vent vent soiled in the back area.
14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Back area , kitchen area cutting board. **Repeat Violation**
40-06-5    Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed cellphone on top of the prep table.
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed cases of clear liquid oil stored on the storage area floor.
08B-12-5    Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed cases in kitchen reach in freezer Croquettes,fries, plantains not covered.
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed back area hand washing sink leaking pipe.
03B-01-6    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed meatballs at 117 F in the steam table according to operator less than one hour. Operator. Reheated meatballs 186 F **Corrective Action Taken**
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed can opener blade soiled.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towel at front counter hand washing sink.
