A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Unable to license due to plan review remodel.Operator must obtain a public food service license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants within 60 days. Submit a license application and payment to DBPR/Bureau of Central Intake Unit, 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-0783. Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Kitchen removed a service bar that had a hand washing sink and prep sink and reach in coolers and added a full walk in cooler. Dish washing machine was added in ware washing room.
Concession outside the kitchen has a smaller opened prep line with an oven reach in cooler flat top grill reach in cooler fryer and across is a hand washing sink and hot holding units. Left side of the concession has a hot holding box and a service table with a sushi reach in cooler and underneath 2 reach in cooler's kiosk stations have counter tops with reach in coolers and hot holding units. - From follow-up inspection 2026-01-23: plans were submitted but were denied **Time Extended**
