Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. 1.One dead roach seen next to small chest freezer in kitchen. 2.Approximately 3 dead roaches seen under 3 compartment sink in kitchen. **Warning**
40-06-5    Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed at dry storage rack at entrance to kitchen , employee medicine and personal cups stored above single serve containers. **Warning**
51-13-4    Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Provided operator with poster. Operator posted during the inspection. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed at 3 compartment sink faucet leaking when pipe is opened. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 1.Approximately 3 live roaches seen crawling on employee medicine and personal cups on employee section of dry storage rack at entrance to kitchen . 2.Approximately 5 live roaches seen crawling inside of non working black two door reach in cooler at entrance to kitchen. 3.Approximately 3 live roaches seen crawling on bag of rice at dry storage area in kitchen. **Warning**
28-26-5    High Priority - Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor drains. Observed in kitchen, brownish water with a pungent smell backing up through floor drain when faucet is open at hand washing sink to wash hands. Anytime the hand wash sink is turned on ,the brownish water is coming through the drain. This is the only hand washing sink in kitchen / cook line. The area cannot be blocked off. **Warning* **Warning**
11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.
