Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

38-07-4    Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Prep table area
08B-39-4    Basic - Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Observed avocado half with label still intact to exterior skin.
25-05-4    Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed single serve insulated cups stored on the floor next to the ice machine.
08B-12-5    Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed plate of sausage patties and links hard boiled eggs, pooled eggs not covered in reach in cooler other kitchen.
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed black mold like substance on walls by three compartment sink
41-07-4    High Priority - Container of medicine improperly stored. Observed milk of magnesium and pepto bismol stored in reach in cooler next containers of chili and gravy. Employee removed. **Corrected On-Site**
