Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

06-09-1    Basic - Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. 36-24-5    Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed at dry storage area.
10-06-5    Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed tongs in container of coleslaw. Operator removed. **Corrected On-Site**
10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensils at cook line in pitcher of water at 73F. Operator discarded water. **Corrected On-Site**
14-34-4    Basic - Interior of ice bin with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed at bar reach in freezer.
29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed at cook line reach in cooler. **Repeat Violation**
36-50-4    Basic - Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. Observed storage shelves throughout with accumulation of dust.
36-02-5    Basic - Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. Observed throughout kitchen.
21-07-4    Basic - Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 10ppm). Operator refilled container. New Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 10ppm) **Corrected On-Site**
50-17-3    High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed license expired dated 10/01/25. **Admin Complaint**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed at reach in cooler raw beef stored over cheese cubes. Operator removed and stored correctly. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
