Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-73-4    Basic - Floors, walls and/or ceilings soiled/has accumulation of debris. At fry/biscuit area, floor at reach-in freezer/ovens soiled. In walk-in cooler, floor under shelves has build up of food residue. At drive thru window area, floor under shelves have build up of residue. Throughout kitchen area, multiple ceiling tiles and vents have stains. **Repeat Violation**
33-19-4    Basic - Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Build up of unbagged trash on ground at dumpster enclosure.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Multiple Reach-in cooler gaskets soiled, including at front counter. At make line and prep area, under counter cabinets soiled. At fry station, exterior of reach-in freezer has build up of flour residue. **Repeat Violation**
08B-17-4    Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. In walk-in cooler, multiple cases of unwashed tomatoes and lettuce stored over bottle drinks. Operator had employee rearrange produce to bottom shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
08A-02-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In walk-in freezer, open case of beef steak fritters stored over case of fully cooked smoked sausage and pan of raw hamburgers stored on case of fries. Operator moved items to proper storage levels. **Corrected On-Site**
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. At dining room drink station, ice chute on soda dispenser has mold-like substance.
31B-03-4    Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink. At handwash sink across from fry station, no soap, dispenser removed. Operator placed pump bottle of soap at handwash sink. **Corrected On-Site**
