Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris underneath fryers and around oil storage tank. Educated operator on cleaning floor. **Repeat Violation**
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in walk-in freezer on floor. Note: operator has work order in place to fix. **Corrective Action Taken**
10-12-5    Basic - In-use ice scoop stored on top of counter between uses. Operator washed, rinsed, and sanitized ice scoop and stored in clean container. **Corrected On-Site**
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with food debris/residue around backsplash of self-serve soda machine.
36-34-5    Basic - Observed gray-like substance on ceiling tiles in dining room. Educated operator on replacing ceiling tiles. **Repeat Violation**
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Cream 52F cold hold and frosty mix 49F less than 4 hours. Operator moved time/temperature control for safety foods to working reach in cooler and added more cold frosty mix. **Corrective Action Taken**
