Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

24-08-4    Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed clean stacked containers on storage shelf above triple sink .unable to properly air dry **Repeat Violation**
14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed lid and gasket on reach in freezer across from soda dispenser on front service line in disrepair. Also, gasket on reach-in cooler across from ice machine and reach-in cooler drawers below grill torn. Also, handle of rice warmer on cook line in disrepair.
25-06-4    Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed single use aluminum pans on storage shelf above prep table not inverted/ protected. Operator inverted aluminum pans. **Corrected On-Site**
06-01-5    Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed raw fish and raw chicken thawing on prep table without running water. Operator removed both items and placed in cooler to continue thawing. **Corrected On-Site**
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mops stored in manner in mop sink to not allow the mop to dry.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed blade of can opener soiled. Operator placed can opener in warewashing to be washed. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation**
