Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up on floor in walk-in freezer under condenser.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed mold like substance build up on wall and pipings above soda box storage. **Repeat Violation**
14-52-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surfaces not designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and maintenance. Observed interior of walk-in cooler door in disrepair and no longer smooth and easily cleanable. **Repeat Violation**
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chemical fryer cleaner stored above flour near walk-in cooler. Person in charge rearranged items to proper storage levels. **Corrected On-Site**
29-42-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed missing vacuum breaker on non-chemical side of splitter at mop sink. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
53A-03-7    Intermediate - Food manager certification expired.
