Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-24-4    Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. The reach in door handles in the kitchen.
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. In the hallway, glass bottles of water and juice were stored on the floor. The items were moved off of the ground **Corrected On-Site**
03B-01-6    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In the kitchen on top of the steam table, a bowl of cooked plantains (100F - Hot Holding). The items had been there less than 2 hours. The item was placed in the fryer to reheat to 165F to hot hold. **Corrective Action Taken**
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. At the front counter, the sink had a pan of soap water and dirty mugs inside. The items were removed **Corrected On-Site**
