Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-22-4    Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Stand water on floor by cook line. ( due to leak from water supply at grill). Cleaned by manager. **Repeat Violation**

23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Soiled Counters and shelves at kitchen.
16-46-4    Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Old labels on exterior of cleaned pans : dry rack. In use containers with old labels.
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Leak from grill line water supply.
14-15-4    High Priority - Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage - direct contact with food. Cooked tofu cooling in old cardboard box. Moved by manager **Corrected On-Site**
12A-09-4    High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Food service employees using same gloves after touching soiled equipment and moping floors . Manager intervened. **Corrective Action Taken**
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand Wash Sink used for rinsing wet wipes , utensils. **Repeat Violation**
