Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Torn gasket on walk-in cooler located in rear breezeway
22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior of oven with visible build up of debris.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Wire shelves with surface rust used to store chips.
29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Standing water in reach-in cooler across from expedite window Standing water inside reach-in cooler at front bar.
03B-01-6    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot dogs in a crock pot at 123F placed at 1:00PM. Employee placed items into microwave to reheat for hot holding. Temperature rechecked at 165F and placed back for hot holding. **Corrected On-Site**
