Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Reach in freezer at side of cook line and in dry storage room have ice buildup on shelves and top of freezer. Reach in chest freezer with torn gasket and exposed insulation.
22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Microwave at front counter entrance to kitchen with burned door residue on top plate. Oven base has burned food debris.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Reach in freezer to side of cook line has mold like substance on the door gasket. Grease/vapor staining on hood system.
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Wall by fryers with grease build up. Wall behind soup steam table with food residue.
35A-02-7    High Priority - Live, small flying insects found. Observed live flying insects by three compartment sink and on cook line closest exterior door.
02C-03-5    Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. In front counter reach in cooler, open container of milk from Tuesday missing product date marking. Employee added date marking. **Corrected On-Site**
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels in dispenser for hand wash sink on back prep line. **Repeat Violation**
