Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

32-04-4    Basic - Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Observed for female restroom.
24-08-4    Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed for stored clean food pans near dish machine.
14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed walk in freezer door in need of repair with door panel chipped. Also observed in poor condition door gasket of walk in freezer and gasket of reach in coolers across near cook line.
35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed a hole mid way up the exit door located near the bathrooms.
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed cracked tiles through out ware washing and kitchen areas.
33-38-4    Basic - No waste receptacle installed at handwash sink provided with disposable towels. Observed for hand wash station at kitchen entrance.
14-47-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact equipment exposed to splash/spillage not constructed of materials that are corrosion resistant, non-absorbent, smooth and easily cleanable. Observed particle wood shelves being used to store single service items ready for use at the front counter; particle wood is not smooth and not easily cleanable.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled door gaskets of walk in freezer and reach in coolers in the kitchen.
16-46-4    Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed on two clean squeeze bottles stored above shelves near 3CS.
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed accumulation of rust on walk in freezer shelves.
29-42-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed missing on one hose bib.
22-31-4    Intermediate - Non-pitting surface rust on food-contact equipment. Observed rusted shelves housing single use device items in the kitchen.
