A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors.
Observed women's and men's bathroom doors at dinning area not completely self-closing.
Basic - Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired.
Observed RIC unit below flat top with a temperature of 99F. Operator has other refrigeration units available.
Basic - Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly.
Observed dish washer, that is not in use, with a chlorine concentration of 0 ppm.
Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust.
Observed vents above dry storage area with black mold like debris.
Intermediate - Water treatment device has not been inspected or serviced according to manufacturer's instructions.
Observed a water filter above hand wash sink without a service date marking.
