Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Hood filters.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet wiping cloth on prep table.
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw chicken over noodles and sauces in walk in cooler.
03B-01-6    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooked broccoli 81 F sitting on counter. Employee states it was there for 10 minutes, employee began to reheat. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
02C-02-5    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Multiple food items in walk in cooler not date marked. **Repeat Violation**
27-16-4    Intermediate - Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Hand wash sink next to fryers temped 80 F, ran approximately 2 minutes. **Repeat Violation**
