A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Pesticide use not in accordance with manufacturer's directions.
Used canisters of roach pesticide foggers for house hold use only inside seasoning cabinets next to dry seasonings, and under sink, discussed with operator to discard and clean and sanitize all areas. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2025-12-20: Observed operator using pesticide to spray pizza oven, as per manufacturer's directions for indoor residential use.
Educated operator on the use of the pesticide and advised him to clean and sanitize pizza oven. **Admin Complaint**
High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found.
Approximately 1 live roach under steam table on counter top.
Approximately 1 live roach on top of single service paper liners
Approximately 3 live roaches on ceiling and wall joint
Approximately 7 live roaches on storage rack for single service items
Approximately 1 live roach on floor under steam table
Approximately 3 live roaches on wall behind reach in cooler
Approximately 6 live roaches inside dry seasoning cabinets above 3 compartment sink
Approximately 3 live roaches on wall next to 3 compartment sink
Approximately 5 live roaches under 3 compartment sink
