Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

12B-12-5    Basic - Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Observed employee drinking from open water bottle. Instructed operator regarding contamination. **Corrective Action Taken**
12B-01-4    Basic - Employee eating while preparing food. Observed employee eating while was cooking at the cook line. Instructed operator regarding the cross contamination. **Corrective Action Taken**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed oil container on kitchen floor. Operator properly stored it. **Corrected On-Site**
10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed ice cream scoop under water at 70°F. Operator discarded it water. **Corrected On-Site**
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Located at the kitchen entrance.
14-33-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name.
08A-13-5    High Priority - Raw animal food stored in top portion of make table over ready-to-eat food in bottom portion of make table - no complete physical barrier between top and bottom. Observed raw beef over guacamole in preparation table.
41-27-4    High Priority - Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed wet wiping towel stored in chlorine sanitizer solution of 200 ppm. Operator add water recheck chlorine 100 ppm. **Corrected On-Site**
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Located at the cook line.
