Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

Approximately 50 rodent droppings on floor under equipment/storage shelves behind bar. Approximately 50 rodent droppings in kitchen on floor under/behind equipment. Approximately 20 rodent droppings in kitchen behind chest freezer. Approximately 40 rodent droppings in kitchen on floor inside walk-in cooler. Approximately 10 rodent droppings on expo line in storage containers with clean utensils/unwrapped single service articles/clean cups. Approximately 10 rodent droppings at expo line on floor under shelves. Approximately 20 rodent droppings on floor in dry storage area. Advised to remove rodent droppings, clean/sanitize area. **Repeat Violation** **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2025-12-23: Observed 2 rodent droppings inside walk-in cooler. 3 rodent droppings behind chest freezer by liquor cooler, 1 rodent dropping on floor by mixer and 1 rodent dropping on chest freezer by mixer. observed approximately 12 rodent droppings on the floor/wall by microwave. observed approximately 8 rodent under shelf to the left expo window. observed approximately 10 rodent dropping under waiters station at east side of restaurant. observed one rodent dropping in the ladies bathroom. Observed approximately 15 rodent dropping by ATM machine. Observed approximately 4 rodent droppings on top of single service items in storage room.
