Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Emergency exit door in bar area not fully sealed when shut.
33-16-4    Basic - Open dumpster lid. Dumpster right lid open.
36-02-5    Basic - Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. Floor under 3 compartment sink behind bar in disrepair with broken concrete.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Mop stored in mop bucket dirty water overnight. Employee dumped dirty water and hung mop to dry. **Corrected On-Site**
35A-02-7    High Priority - Live, small flying insects found. Observed 1 live flying insect behind bar area.
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of windex, spray bottle of Clorox bleach and two unlabeled spray bottles on prep table next to handwash sink in kitchen. Employee moved spray bottles to floor near storage. **Corrected On-Site**
22-31-4    Intermediate - Non-pitting surface rust on food-contact equipment. Interior deflector plate of ice machine rusted.
41-17-4    Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. On prep table next to handwash sink in kitchen, two spray bottles of green/clear liquid not labeled.
