A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.

Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no soap at GWS at end of front counter. **Repeat Violation** **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-23: Observed no soap at GWS at end of front counter. **Time Extended**
Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - Operator is doing a special process, conducting reduced oxygen packaging, cooking time/temperature control for safety food to a time and temperature combination lesser than those in the Food Code or operating a molluscan shellfish tank for human consumption without a HACCP plan approved by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Observed establishment conducting ROP of raw beef, chicken, and pork with no HACCP plan. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-23: The operator is conducting a special processa¿¿Reduced Oxygen Packaging (ROP) of raw beef, chicken, and porka¿¿without an approved HACCP plan as required by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. The operator is currently working on the necessary documentation to comply with regulations. At time of inspection no ROP or Special Process was inside of Walk in cooler. **Time Extended**
Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed training expired for Darlaeine and Theodoro. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-23: Observed Darlaine and Theodore are no longer employees, Food Employee Reporting Agreement was provided to operator when hiring new employees. Operator has an appointment to renew Food Handler Certificate for May 18 and 29. **Time Extended**
