Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

12B-07-4    Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drinks on counter by soda fountain located closest to cooks line, manager discarded items. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
24-08-4    Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed pans in ware washing drying rack across from dishwasher stacked wet, manager separated pans to dry. **Corrected On-Site**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed soda boxes used for Co2 soda fountain stored on floor in closet used for soda fountain located next to bar area,manager raised items off the floor. **Corrected On-Site**
08B-17-4    Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Observed unwashed produce , herbs, tomatoes, peppers , and romaine lettuce,above ready to eat sauces in walk in cooler , manager moved items accordingly. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food.
