Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-01-5    Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. There is a plastic ramekin inside a container of fresh tomato salsa on the cook line. Operator removed the ramekin. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
16-55-4    Basic - Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. The dishwasher is not functioning properly, it will not draw soap. **Warning**
12B-02-4    Basic - Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. There us a partially eaten bowl of food on a shelf with containers of corn oil and cans of cheese sauce in the back kitchen. **Warning**
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. There is a large area in the walk in cooler where the floor tiles are broken and missing leaving a 2 inch deep hole in the floor. **Warning**
08B-36-4    Basic - Food stored in a location that is exposed to splash/dust. There us a basket if green onions partially coveting the hand washing sink in the kitchen that are exposed to the splash of soapy water if the hand washing sink is used. Operator moved the onions. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
08B-42-4    Basic - Food stored outside. There are three chest freezers stored outside the back door. **Warning**
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. There is a heavy buildup of ice in multiple white chest freezers outside the back door. There is a buildup on the walk in freezer door frame that prevents the door from closing. **Warning**
33-16-4    Basic - Open dumpster lid. **Warning**
29-08-4    Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. The cold water faucet at the hand washing sink in the kitchen is inoperable. **Warning**
22-41-4    High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). **Warning**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. A package of raw fish is stored on top of a container of cooked shrimp. Operator moved items to proper storage. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
01C-03-4    Intermediate - Clam/mussel/oyster tags not marked with last date served. Oyster tags are not marked with the last date sold. **Warning**
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. There is a buildup of food debris on the can opener blade. **Warning**
31A-09-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. There is a basket of onions partially covering the hand washing sink in the kitchen. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
35A-01-4    Intermediate - Nonservice animals in the food establishment or on premises. There is a customer sitting at the counter holding a dog in their hands. **Admin Complaint**
