A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - - From initial inspection : Basic - Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. The dishwasher is not functioning properly, it will not draw soap. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-01: Dishwasher is still inoperable, all wear washing is being done in the triple sink. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-03: The detergent on the dishwasher is not operational. Operator will scrub all utensils and dish ware with soap prior to running through the dishwasher. **Time Extended**
Basic - - From initial inspection : Basic - Food stored outside. There are three chest freezers stored outside the back door. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-01: **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-03: There are 3 chest freezers in operation unprotected outside the back door of the establishment.**Time Extended** **Time Extended**
Basic - - From initial inspection : Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. There is a heavy buildup of ice in multiple white chest freezers outside the back door. There is a buildup on the walk in freezer door frame that prevents the door from closing. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-01: **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-03: There is a build up of ice inside the chest freezers outside the back door and on the walk in freezer door. **Time Extended**
