Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-43-4    Basic - Food stored in a room/shed that is not fully enclosed. Observed rolling tray of hamburger buns and boxes of hot sauce stored in parking garage storage area out side of closets. Operator placed into closets. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed 2 plastic gallons of cooking oil stored on floor in parking garage area. Observed at parking garage walk in freezer bags of drinking ice stored on floor. **Warning**
25-05-4    Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed cups and trays stored on floor in parking garage storage area. **Warning**
25-20-4    Basic - Single-service items stored under pipe lines that are not shielded to intercept potential drips. Observed cups and single serve to go trays stored under pipes Propane tank lines in parking garage storage area. **Warning**
08B-63-4    Basic - Unpackaged food in an unprotected holding unit in a customer/nonsecure area. Observed walk in cooler installed in parking garage. **Warning**
36-02-5    Basic - Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. Observed at parking garage storage area. **Warning**
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed stored in mop bucket. **Warning**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed at parking garage walk in cooler raw shelled eggs carton stored on top of baked beans. Operator removed. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
08A-20-5    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed at parking garage walk in freezer raw chicken stored on top of raw beef. **Warning**
51-10-4    Intermediate - Interference/obstruction with the inspector's right of entry and access at any reasonable time. Observed chef not allowing entry into walk in cooler located in parking garage when asked if cooler belongs to establishment. Confirmed with general manager that walk in cooler located in parking garage belongs to establishment and chef allowed entry. **Warning**
51-16-7    Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Observed establishment has an unground/ parking garage storage area not submitted on original plan review where hamburger buns, cooking oil, cones for ice cream and soda drink syrups are stored in a secured closet. Also observed a walk in cooler installed in parking garage with liquor and various meats stored also not on original plan review. **Warning**
48-04-4    Propane tank (larger than 2.7 lb. water capacity/1 lb. gas capacity) located inside of the building. For reporting purposes only. Observed 4 propane tanks stored in parking garage storage area of establishment.
