Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Reach in freezer lower door has torn gasket. Alto-sham oven top door does not fully close. Walk in cooler has torn gasket. **Repeat Violation**
36-01-4    Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Floor under drive through shelving has food debris. Floor behind fryers is soiled with grease.
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Tile broken and missing near deck drain in kitchen. Tile broken and missing on floor in walk in cooler. **Repeat Violation**
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Walk in freezer has water dripping condenser and has accumulated a large ice mound on floor in freezer. Food has been moved aside to prevent water from dripping on it.
51-13-4    Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Provided to operator. **Corrective Action Taken**
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Reach in freezer has mold like substance on gaskets. Reach in cooler under prep station has mold like substance on gaskets. Walk in cooler and walk in freezer gaskets soiled with mold like substance. **Repeat Violation**
31B-03-4    Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink. Handwashing sink near triple sink had no soap. **Corrected On-Site**
