A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. On top of the reach in cooler next to the pizza station, a cup of coffee was stored on top. The cup was removed. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
Basic - In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. At the bar, the ice scoop was stored on the top on the side with black residue. The scoop was washed and sanitized. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. At the bar, flys landing on the cut fruit caddy. The caddy was emptied, washed and sanitized. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**

Approximately 20 live small flying insects landing on the power cords of the hanging lights over the bar
Approximately 20 live small flying insects landing on the wall next to the bar by the office
1 live small flying insect landing on a new pizza box over the bar

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Over the pizza reach in cooler, a piping bag of Nutella is stored in a pan with old food residue inside. The bag was removed to a clean pan. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. At the end of the cook line, the corner hand sink is blocked by a trash can. The trash can was removed **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
