Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. In general, critical violations are those that, if not corrected, are more likely to contribute directly to food contamination, illness or environmental damage. Although we use the industry-standard term "critical", varying degrees of severity and potential risk to the public require inspectors to assess each situation in determining the appropriate action. In addition, while an establishment may have multiple violations, the inspectors' training and judgment formulate the overall result of the inspection to ensure the public health and safety. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

45-15-1    Critical - No placard placed near Class K portable fire extinguisher stating the fire suppression system must be activated prior to use of the portable extinguisher.
09-04-1    Critical - Observed bare hand contact of ready-to-eat food (TOAST) by employees and establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure in effect. Corrected On Site.
37-14-1    Observed ceiling in food prep/storage area in disrepair.
47-08-1    Critical - Observed exposed electrical wiring in electrical box over ice machine . Repeat Violation.
29-11-1    Observed handsink in triple sink area dripping continuously.
14-51-1    Observed nonfood-grade containers used for food storage. (SUGAR).
47-06-1    Critical - Observed orange extension cord in use for outside water fountain.
02-07-1    Critical - Observed processed ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food (CHEESE) held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening.
10-07-1    Observed spoon stored in standing sugar water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Corrected On Site.
47-15-1    Critical - Observed uncovered electrical panel boxes.
