Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. In general, critical violations are those that, if not corrected, are more likely to contribute directly to food contamination, illness or environmental damage. Although we use the industry-standard term "critical", varying degrees of severity and potential risk to the public require inspectors to assess each situation in determining the appropriate action. In addition, while an establishment may have multiple violations, the inspectors' training and judgment formulate the overall result of the inspection to ensure the public health and safety. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

HEAD COOKED PROVIDED CON FOR ME TO OBSERVED A CASE OF FISH FILETS (SWAI FISH) PRODUCT OF THAILAND . FDA REGISTRATION # 13404810326. 03A-07-1    Critical - Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. SHELL EGGS (71F), ONION , GARLIC AND OIL MOJO(80F). Repeat Violation.
08A-26-1    Critical - Observed raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food. FISH OVER EMPANADAS (READY TO EAT FILLING).
22-18-1    Critical - Observed soil residue in storage containers. FOR RICE AND BEANS.
08A-19-1    Critical - Observed torn packages/bags of food exposing the contents to contamination.
41A-10-1    Critical - Observed toxic item improperly stored. SOAKING POTATOES BUCKET UNDER HAND SOAP (UNCOVERED FOODS). Repeat Violation.
08A-29-1    Critical - Observed uncovered food in holding unit/dry storage area. RICE CONTAINER S, FLOUR, CRAKER MEAL FINE (BREADING MIX).
37-05-1    Observed wall soiled with accumulated food debris. KITCHEN AAS.
02-24-1    Critical - Potentially hazardous food held under time as a public health control without time marking indicating 4-hour limit. ON GARLIC AND OIL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE (82F).
03C-10-1    Critical - Reheated food for hot holding not reaching 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds within 2 hours. PLANT FOODS (GARLIC AND OIL BASE).
