Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. In general, critical violations are those that, if not corrected, are more likely to contribute directly to food contamination, illness or environmental damage. Although we use the industry-standard term "critical", varying degrees of severity and potential risk to the public require inspectors to assess each situation in determining the appropriate action. In addition, while an establishment may have multiple violations, the inspectors' training and judgment formulate the overall result of the inspection to ensure the public health and safety. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35A    Critical - OBSERVED PRESENCE OF INSECTS/ RODENTS. 1)OBSERVED ONE DEAD RODENT AND APPROXIMATELY 200 FRESH RODENT DROPPINGS ON SHELF WHERE WATER HEATER IS LOCATED. 2)OBSERVED TEN FRESH RODENT DROPPINGS ON FLOOR AROUND MOP SINK THAT IS DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH WATER HEATER. 3) OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 25 FRESH RODENT DROPPINGS ON SHELF WITH SODA MOTOR WHICH IS LOCATED ABOVE SODA BOXES AND NEXT TO PREP TABLE. 4) OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 25 FRESH RODENT DROPPINGS UNDER SODA BOXES AND PREP TABLE. 5) OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 10 PLUS FRESH RODENT DROPPINGS UNDER STORAGE SHELF BY THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. 6)OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 PLUS FRESH RODENT DROPPINGS UNDER ICE MACHINE. 7)OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 50 PLUS RODENT DROPPINGS ON TOP OF ICE MACHINE 8)OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 200 PLUS FRESH RODENT DROPPINGS UNDER PREP COUNTER ALONG RIGHT SIDE OF KITCHEN/ FRONT COUNTER. 9)OBSERVED TEN PLUS FRESH RODENT DROPPINGS ON SHELF UNDER BAKERY SHELF AND EQUIPMENT. 10) OBSERVED MORE THAN 100 FRESH RODENT DROPPINGS UNDER MAKE TABLE IN MIDDLE OF KITCHEN.
