Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. In general, critical violations are those that, if not corrected, are more likely to contribute directly to food contamination, illness or environmental damage. Although we use the industry-standard term "critical", varying degrees of severity and potential risk to the public require inspectors to assess each situation in determining the appropriate action. In addition, while an establishment may have multiple violations, the inspectors' training and judgment formulate the overall result of the inspection to ensure the public health and safety. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35A-03-1    Critical - Observed dead roaches on premises. 5 under the 3 compartment sink, 1 next to the deep fat fryer, 6 in the mop sink in the kitchen, 1 juvenile on the counter behind the front counter, 15 adults in a unsed reachin cooler behind the front counter. Repeat Violation. This violation must be corrected by : 3/6/12.
13-03-1    Observed employee with no hair restraint.
06-04-1    Critical - Observed potentially hazardous food thawed at room temperature. chicken in the 3 compartment sink in the kitchen. Corrected On Site. Repeat Violation.
35A-05-1    Critical - Observed roach activity as evidenced by live roaches found, 1 adult and 1 juvenile running across the kitchen floor, 1 adult in the mopsink in the kitchen, 1 inside storage cabinet with dry beans, At least 100 adult and juveniles on the side of small oven in the kitchen. This violation must be corrected by : 3/6/12.
35A-06-1    Critical - Observed the accumulation of dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, or other pests, in control devices. 4 dead adult 2 dead juveniles and 1 live adult roaches in gluetrap under a storage cabinet in the kitchen.
03B-03-1    Critical - Potentially hazardous food not held at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Meat patties in hot hold behind the front counter. Corrected On Site by reheating and turning up the temp for hot holding. Repeat Violation.
