Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. In general, critical violations are those that, if not corrected, are more likely to contribute directly to food contamination, illness or environmental damage. Although we use the industry-standard term "critical", varying degrees of severity and potential risk to the public require inspectors to assess each situation in determining the appropriate action. In addition, while an establishment may have multiple violations, the inspectors' training and judgment formulate the overall result of the inspection to ensure the public health and safety. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

03A-07-1    Critical - Violation: 03A-07-1 Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Wrapped burger patties 45F, hot dogs 46F, Chili 44-46F, Cheese 45F, Shake mix 45F, all items in walk-in cooler.
04-01-1    Critical - Violation: 04-01-1 Cold holding equipment incapable of maintaining potentially hazardous food at proper temperatures. Walk-in cooler maintaining internal food temperatures of 44-46F
08A-28-1    Critical - Violation: 08A-28-1 Observed food stored on floor. Coke bag [sprite] on floor.
10-08-1    Violation: 10-08-1 Observed ice scoop with handle in contact with ice.
12A-13-1    Critical - Violation: 12A-13-1 Observed employee handling money then put on gloves without washing hands. Corrected On Site.
12B-06-1    Critical - Violation: 12B-06-1 Observed evidence of employee smoking in food preparation or other non-designated area. Half smoked cigarette on ice machine in kitchen. Corrected On Site.
23-04-1    Violation: 23-04-1 Observed build-up of mold-like substance on surface of nonfood-contact surface. Bottom rack in walk-in cooler.
30-02-1    Critical - Violation: 30-02-1 Vacuum breaker mising at hose bibb. Faucets in dumpster enclosure.
32-06-1    Critical - Violation: 32-06-1 Observed self closing door mechanism broken on men's restroom door.
32-15-1    Critical - Violation: 32-15-1 No handwashing sign provided at a handsink used by food employees. Men's and women's restrooms.
35A-04-1    Critical - Violation: 35A-04-1 Observed rodent activity as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 4 old rodent droppings on/around hot water heater, approx 8 old on/around electric panel.
41B-01-1    Critical - Violation: 41B-01-1 Observed sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Wiping cloth bucket at 200+ppm. Corrected On Site.
49-06-2    Critical - Violation: 49-06-2 Observed flammable material stored around water heater. For reporting purposes only. Shirt laying on top of water heater. Cardboard boxes stored next to water heater.
53A-17-1    Critical - Violation: 53A-17-1 Person in charge failed to insure proper cold holding temperature.
53B-08-1    Critical - Violation: 53B-08-1 No proof of required employee training provided. Training incomplete. No proof of training for employee onsite at time of inspection who has worked more than 60 days.
