A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. In general, critical violations are those that, if not corrected, are more likely to contribute directly to food contamination, illness or environmental damage. Although we use the industry-standard term "critical", varying degrees of severity and potential risk to the public require inspectors to assess each situation in determining the appropriate action. In addition, while an establishment may have multiple violations, the inspectors' training and judgment formulate the overall result of the inspection to ensure the public health and safety. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

27-16-1    Critical - Hot water not provided/shut off at employee hand wash sink. At hand wash sink located in bar. Water temperature is at 78 Degree F. Corrected On Site. Maintenance repair sink, water temperature is at 113 Degree F.
37-11-1    Observed attached equipment soiled with accumulated dust. Walk in cooler fan cover and coils, in need of cleaning. At inside walk in cooler. Repeat Violation.
23-06-1    Observed build-up food under equipment and shelf. At back kitchen preparation area.
41A-10-1    Critical - Observed counter top cleaner improperly stored. Stored with single service items. At bar storage area. Corrected On Site. Counter top cleaner was removed.
12A-16-1    Critical - Observed dish washer touched dirty dishes and touched clean dishes without washing hands. Corrected On Site. Dish washer watched hands.
36-22-1    Observed floor area(s) covered with standing water. Under equipment and under three compartment sink.
35A-07-1    Critical - Observed small flying insects in bar area. Around glass washer.
23-06-1    Observed syrup build up under speed rail and equipment located in bar. Repeat Violation.
