Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-05-4    Basic - Soil residue build-up on nonfood-contact surface. Mold-like buildup on plastic air curtain on walk in freezer door.
08B-13-4    Basic - Stored food not covered in walk-in cooler. Multiple.
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface.
02D-01-4    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Bulk sugar in dry storage room.
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 20-25 roaches crawling on side of equipment next to wok at cook line. 1 roach crawling inside cavity of fryer behind door. Operator started killing. 1 on edge of make table cooler, 1 on wall behind rice cooker at end of cook line.
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Storing food processor top, next to ice machine. Corrective action - moved.
