Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-24-5    Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Hole in wall under prep table with microwave next to vent. **Warning**
10-17-4    Basic - In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Knives between hand sink and wall. **Warning**
23-05-4    Basic - Soil residue build-up on nonfood-contact surface. Interior of non functioning three door cooler used as dry storage on cook line. **Warning**
29-20-5    Basic - Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Hand wash sink draining slowly near stove. **Warning**
42-05-5    Basic - Storage of tools on shelf above or with clean equipment and utensils, single service items, and/or clean linens. Weed eater stored above three compartment sink. **Warning**
36-02-5    Basic - Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. **Repeat Violation**
41-07-4    High Priority - Container of medicine improperly stored. Medicines in refrigerator with restaurants food. **Warning**

Approximately 20 droppings found along walks near cash register area. One dry hard dropping found in bag of coffee under register area. One dry hard dropping found on shelf with radio next to three compartment sink. 10 dry hard droppings found in lid to container in dry rack across from three compartment sink. Approximately 10 dry rodent droppings found on floor in room to three compartment sink. Approximately 10 dry hard droppings found next to refrigerator in area with smoker cooker. **Warning**
35A-18-4    High Priority - Rodent rub marks present along walls/ceilings. Rub mark present on lower wall behind non functioning three door reach in cooler used for storage. Exterior of building west side above the a/c unit are rub marks along a pipe. **Warning**
