Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

03D-01-4    High Priority - Cooked potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. Rice from yesterday left in rice cooker over night 82°F See stop sale.
35A-02-5    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, or food storage area.
03A-02-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken between 44°F-50°F at cook line flip top cooler across closest to dish area. Stacked to high Cook added ice **Corrective Action Taken**
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 3 live roaches behind cooking equipment at cook line. 3 live roaches crawling inside and under motor/ compressor o flip top cooler close to dish area on cook line. 2 live roaches on wall, crawling behind crevices in cove molding between stove and single door refrigerator at cook line. 1 live roach crossing over from cook line to 2 door stainless refrigerator next to,hand wash sink for dish area. 3 live roaches on floor in storage area at kitchen exit to bar. 2 live roaches crawling up the wall into ceiling tiles, in storage are at kitchen exit to bar.
14-77-5    Intermediate - Reach-in cooler not maintained in good repair. Do not store potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Both flip top cooler at cook line 50°F -52°F ambient temperature. Both cooler were emptied. Owner called for service. **Corrective Action Taken**
