Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-01-4    Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a steel bowl was being used as a scoop for garlic oil. The bowl was removed. **Corrective Action Taken**
35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. 1 under a prep table near the dishwashing area. It was immediately disposed.
36-24-5    Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Tea service area wall.
10-17-4    Basic - In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment inside a flip top cooler on the cooks line.
22-04-4    Basic - Lime scale build-up inside dish machine.
25-32-4    Basic - Reuse of single-service articles. Observed plastic steamed cake containers are being reused for egg roll storage.
21-38-4    Basic - Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed an unlabeled spray bottle of water on a prep table. Observed multiple unlabeled containers of sauces and seasonings throughout the establishment.
01B-01-4    High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Whole baby corn.
12A-04-5    High Priority - Employee handled soiled dishes or utensils and then handled clean dishes or utensils without washing hands. Observed the dishwasher do this. Was corrected by the manager. Employee washed hands and then continued. **Corrected On-Site**
14-15-4    High Priority - Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage - direct contact with food. Observed "thank you" bags are being used for direct contact food storage. **Repeat Violation**
41-05-4    High Priority - Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. Observed flying insect spray in the fish tank filter room. It was discarded. **Corrected On-Site**
08A-02-5    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in walk-in freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Raw pork over sticky rice rolls in the south walk-in cooler. An employee properly restored the foods. **Corrected On-Site**
08A-17-5    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature in walk-in freezer - all products not commercially packaged. Raw chicken over raw beef **Repeat Violation**
41-27-4    High Priority - Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed well over 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer when tested.
