Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-18-4    Basic - Floor tiles cracked, broken or in disrepair. Floor tiles in kitchen on cook line, near walk in cooler side, near ice machine cracked and broken.
08B-12-4    Basic - Food stored in holding unit not covered. Potato skins in reach in freezer not covered. **Repeat Violation**
22-19-4    Basic - Interior of microwave soiled with encrusted food debris. Interior of microwave build up of food debris.
05-09-4    Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Reach in deli style cooler no locatable thermometer.
14-67-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler gasket torn/in disrepair. Reach in cooler gasket is torn on 2 door reach in cooler on cook line. Deli style reach in cooler has torn gasket. Walk in cooler gasket torn.
23-14-4    Basic - Shelf under preparation table soiled with food debris. Shelf under prep table soiled.
23-08-4    Basic - Soda gun holster with accumulated slime/debris. Soda gun holster has slimy debris interior.
23-01-4    Basic - Vending machine exterior soiled.

03A-02-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.milk wash (56°F - Cold Holding)raw chicken (56°F - Cold Holding); ; sliced cheese (46°F - Cold Holding);
08A-20-4    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit. Raw shelled eggs over comminuted beef in walk in cooler.
22-20-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine. Interior of ice machine mold like debris. **Repeat Violation**
