Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-03-4    Basic - Build-up of grease on nonfood-contact surface. Wall behind fryers, table under flattop grill, and floor under fryer all have grease buildup.
23-25-4    Basic - Build-up of grease/dust/debris on hood filters. Hood filters on cookline have buildup of grease and dust.
14-11-4    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Walk-in cooler door has wood rotting. **Repeat Violation**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Case of oil stored on floor by handsink next to line. Manager moved item during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Walk-in cooler shelves have rust.
08A-21-4    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature in walk-in cooler. Shell eggs stored over open bag of flour. Raw chicken stored above raw fish and raw shrimp. Owner moved during inspection. Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in reach-in freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Raw fish over onion rings in reach in freezer. Manager moved during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
29-34-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Vacuum breaker missing on hose bib by mop sink with hose attached. **Repeat Violation**
22-24-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance on/around soda dispensing nozzles. Buildup on one nozzle of soda dispenser. Manager cleaned during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
22-22-4    Intermediate - Encrusted material on can opener blade. Can opener blade has buildup. Manager moved to dish to be cleaned. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation**
