Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-45-4    Basic - Case/container/bag of food stored on floor in walk-in cooler/freezer. Containers of drinks, and mayonnaise on walk in cooler floor.
24-05-4    Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Food containers not inverted on shelf.
40-06-4    Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area. Employee purse on shelf by napkins and drinks at front counter.
24-08-4    Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Pans, Pots and pot covers on shelf stacked on top of each other.
35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. **Repeat Violation**
23-09-4    Basic - Soiled reach-in cooler gaskets.
36-72-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/walk-in freezer floor soiled.
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Squeeze bottles with lemon juice, and containers of salt, sugar, coffee, seasoning on prep shelf.
12A-04-5    High Priority - Employee handled soiled dishes or utensils and then handled clean dishes or utensils without washing hands. Employee handling cash and serving food. No hand wash.
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Windex, dish liquid on shelf by napkins and drinks at front counter.
53B-01-5    Intermediate - No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233.
22-18-4    Intermediate - Soil residue in food storage containers. Cutting board(s) stained/soiled.
