Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Ice cream scoop laid on standing water.Running water compartment off.
21-04-4    Basic - In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
22-52-4    High Priority - Chlorine sanitizer used to sanitize clean in place equipment not at proper minimum strength. Do not use equipment not properly sanitized. **Corrected On-Site**
12A-09-4    High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee wash cloth without changing gloves nor washing hands **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**

03D-19-4    Intermediate - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food left at room temperature to cool. Observed tray of cooked wonton cooling down at room temperature in storage area 69° f. Employee moved it to walk in cooler. **Corrected On-Site**
