Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

13-07-4    Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Bracelets.
08B-47-4    Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Oil on the floor.
10-11-4    Basic - In-use rice scoop/spoon stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Standing water at 80°F. Operator discarded water. **Corrected On-Site**
38-07-4    Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Preparation area by walking cooler.
16-60-1    Basic - Warewashing machine not automatically dispensing the sanitizer. Operator was informed to used the three compartment sink until DM is fixed.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Noodles in a plastic container nor labeled. **Corrected On-Site**
03D-02-4    High Priority - Cooked potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 6 hours. Observed chicken soup (57-60°F - Cold Holding). As per manager since day before, approximately around 4:30 pm. operator informed employees to discard the soup. **Corrected On-Site**
12A-04-5    High Priority - Employee handled soiled dishes or utensils and then handled clean dishes or utensils without washing hands. Observed employee touched sanitizer solution, cleaned hands with her apron, continued engaging food preparation without washing hands first. Informed operator to washed hands and explained. **Corrected On-Site**
03A-02-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook line: fresh garlic in oil (78°F - Cold Holding). As per operator for less than 4 hours. Operator added ice to cool it down quickly. **Corrective Action Taken**
01B-02-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued on potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food due to temperature abuse. Observed chicken soup (57-60°F - Cold Holding). As per manager since day before, approximately around 4:30 pm.operator informed employees to discard the soup. **Corrective Action Taken**
41-02-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical stored by or with food.sanitizer buckets on preparation table throughout the kitchen area. **Corrected On-Site**
