Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-01-4    High Priority - Self-service chicken and potato unit lacking adequate sneezeguards or other proper protection from contamination. Observed at buffet located in dining area. The Aldo Pakora and the chicken Biryani is displayed in a hot holding unit with no lids. **Warning**
12A-02-4    High Priority - Server handled soiled dishes or utensils and then prepared a beverage without washing hands. Observed in kitchen area and in server's side station. Server dropped off dirty plates at dish machine area and then prepared a drink at server's side station. **Warning**
12A-09-4    High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks. Observed cook wiped down counter with gloves on and put on new set of gloves to work with food without washing hands. Observed in back kitchen preparation area. **Warning**

11-07-4    Intermediate - Certified Food Manager or person in charge lacks knowledge of foodborne illnesses and symptoms of illness that would prevent an employee from working with food, clean equipment and utensils, and single-service items.
